Setting up your menu is easy! Log in to your Merchant Portal and navigate to the 'Menu Builder' section. From there, you can add categories, items, and modifiers.
You can also upload a CSV file with your menu items for bulk import, or send us your menu document during signup and our team will set it up for you.
To process a refund, log in to your Merchant Portal and navigate to the 'Orders' section for active orders, or the 'Reports' section for past orders. Find the order you want to refund, click on the Actions dropdown next to it, and then click the appropriate 'Refund' button.
You can choose to refund the entire order or specific amount. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer.
Promo codes are available on all paid plans. To create a promo code, log in to your Merchant Portal and navigate to the 'Menu Builder' section. Click on 'Promo Codes' and then 'New Promo Code'.
You can set various parameters for your promo code, including:
- Code name
- Discount amount or percentage
- Valid date range
- Usage limits
- Minimum order value
- Specific menu items or categories
To update your business hours, log in to your Merchant Portal and navigate to the 'Menu Builder' section. Click on 'Menu Settings' to view and edit your current hours.
You can set different hours for each day of the week, or mark days as closed. These hours will be displayed to customers in the ordering app and will determine when orders can be placed.
